FacilitatorS & PRACTICES
Community Yoga
Whether you've never tried yoga or have been practicing for years, this 1-hr offering is for you. We'll connect with our breath, move with intention, and leave feeling a bit lighter and brighter. Bring a mat if you have one, a few extras will be available.

Kelli Martinelli, yoga instructor
Soul Speak
A community gathering for release and celebration through ecstatic, intuitive dance. Movement that is meditation and honesty. No judgement. All ages. All welcome.

Sunshine Stone, intuitive dance facilitator
Fun Meditation
Life isn't easy. Meditation in combination with exploring a very simple daily practice of gratitude and Metta (loving kindness), can make life not only easier, but much richer and more fulfilling. And meditation can be fun, by the way. Optional check-in is a powerful part of this practice.

Rev. Scott See (Minh Từ), Ordained Buddhist Minister
Tai chi and Qigong
Tai chi and Qigong are mind-body exercises practiced as slow gentle movements focused on internal qualities to aid in health, calmness, balance, and flexibility. Whether it's your first time or you're experienced, you're welcome to join for this fun community practice with others. Practices are 2 hours long. Qigong the first hour, followed by Tai chi. Join for one or both sessions. Dress comfortable.

William Frost, Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor
